Chalk one up for the apostrophe

More proof that puncutation isn't optional.

Maybe it's not a restaurant. Perhaps it's a burlesque show.

In all seriousness, it's usually an apostrophe added unnecessarily that mucks up a product or company name. This time, it's the lack of one.
