Google Docs as comunication, productivity tool

The Marketing Technology blog had a great post yesterday about using Google Docs to improve productivity and communication (two of SBB's favorite topics). There's even a video from Common Craft that shows how it works, in a language that even technophobes can easily understand. As I stated in my comment to Douglas's post, to liberally paraphrase R.E.M., this may be the end of software as we know it, and I for one feel just fine.
